Nanital, A wonderful place

Nainital is one of the most beautiful places in Uttarakhand. It is situated in india. Distance between nanital and delhi is 299 km & the distance from nanital to dehradun is 296.4 km. The slopes of the nearby mountains are most populated, with an elevation ranging from 1,940–2,100 m.  It was a popular summer vacation resort for the British. Traill was the first European to visit the place.  The place was also visited frequently by the legendry hunter Jim Corbett to hunt man-eating animals.

Naina Peak – Highest peak in Nainital - Wake up a little early in the morning and climb up to this peak for a mesmerizing view of the sunset you’ll never forget, as a plus point the crowd during this time is almost nill so you can enjoy peace in the lap of nature.

Tiffin Top - Tiffin Top built in a memory of painter Dorothy Kellet, this view point offers breathtaking views of the Himalayas and Nainital.It provides splendid views of the town.

Snow View Point - The peak is connected by motorable roads and an aerial ropeway. Most people also opt to trek to the point and enjoy the views of snow-capped hills like Nanda Kot and Nanda Devi. Don’t worry about anything as there’s easy access to shops, tea and snacks here.

Nainital Zoo - Spot Snow Leopard, Hill Fox, Siberian Tiger, Palm Civet Cat, Wolf, Barking Deer, Himalayan Black Bear, White peacock and many more species here.

Naina Devi Temple - It is believed that Goddess Sati’s eyes fell at the exact same spot where this temple stands, which attracts a great number of devotees. The temple is situated at the top of Naina Hill.
